Montgomery County’s delinquent tax collection program is becoming a regional model. As Philadelphia continues to evaluate its options for collecting delinquent taxes, City Council’s Finance Committee asked Treasurer Salus to testify on December 1, about the success of our efforts in Montgomery County.
