Tonight Borough Council established a new Business Development Commission. The new Commission will identify and recommend plans and programs to promote the business climate in our borough with the long-term goal of creating a stable and sustainable tax base for our community.
The Commission will:
- Make recommendations regarding local regulations and ordinances which impact the business climate in Conshohocken;
- Inform Council of any programs or initiatives to benefit the business community;
- Promote the Borough’s features and amenities which make Conshohocken an attractive place to locate or relocate a business; and
- Keep and index of all businesses operating within the Borough.
Council is seeking members for this new Commission. Both Conshohocken residents and business owners can serve.
